"Thank you for your warm welcome and generously on our arrival. The scones were very welcome and delicious. These was a return visit to Mortehoe after about 20 years. It brought back happy memories for us and we were delighted that our son- in- law and grandson loved it as much as we do.
The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed- the beautiful local photographs are a joy- specially Summer Swell.
Joseph particularly liked the proximity of the shop for his sweets- not to mention the pasties and pastries.

Sunshine and a lovely welcome. Off for a well deserved pint after 300 mile drive.
Wow, what a beautiful place and perfect for the three of us on our finest holidays. Thank you for being so very lovely on our arrival and throughout the week. Eidi has settled in very well and we will be sad to leave. We will make sure that we book earlier next time, so that we can stay for two weeks.

"A great apartment. We really enjoyed being in the heart of Morthoe. Lovely place and lovely people- many thanks to Cliff, Mel and Gail for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable.
This is out forth visit to the area and we have now tried all the local beaches. Our favourite is Coombesgate- it's a super beach at low tide, and is never too crowded.
We also enjoyed walks at Morte Point and to Bull Point. The coat is spectacular and we saw seals from Morte Point.
The children liked going to the shop. They also enjoyed the tractor and trailer ride to Morte Point.

"We were delighted with the clean, well equipped apartment and the lovely welcome that we got - Thanks Cliff and Mel for your kind hospitality! Mortehoe is a lovely place- we saw seals between Morte Point and Bull Point lighthouse- well worth the walk! Only downside was the weather but not much we can do about that! Eden Project is worth a visit and a trip to Rick Steins's in Padstow but our favourite was Woolacombe beach watching the surfers in the wind!
